Can I request a refund after payment?

Due to our anti-fraud auditing system we dont usually allow it. Any issue report it as an incident.
You can make a loss or a gain if you negotiate the transfer of zil credits to another account holder.
If you already have a CBAD climate card account, you can transfer zil into a cash denomination local to any other major international currency who accepts the zil as a agent.
