Terms and Conditions

1. General

(a) The Company "AND META" is a UK registered limited company holding company number 16280464 incorporated on 27th Feburary 2025.

(b) The Company is a majority shareholder with over 70 percent control.

(c) The company has full rights to all its tangible and intangible materials, assets, intellectual property and work.

(d) No other entity has any rights or claim whatsoever over any tangible or intangible materials or performance associated to the company including any form of communication. Any right given must be accompanied with written permission and witness in any case.

(e) No entity has any rights to claim damages for use of the materials or services of the company if in breach of its terms and conditions or in breach of any other manuals that is compulsory to read before use of any service or product on offer.

(f) The company does not tolerate any form of exploitation or discrimination towards its services and will prosecute if any criminal activity is found to be disrupting its business, assets, employees or customers.

(g) The company complies with a reasonable standard of encyption to protect any communication including customer data or private information that can identify the customer if our systems have been breached. However please note that encryption is not the full answer to protect data on any system and can be broken at any time without prior notice.

(h) No entity has any rights to claim damages for any use of the materials or services of the company if in breach of its terms and conditions or in breach of any other manuals that is compulsory to read before use of any service or product on offer.

2. End-Users

(a) End-Users are Individuals or Organizations that agree to pay for services before any consumption rendered by the company or its assets.

(b) End-Users are responsible for how much they spend and how they make use of services and products created by the company.

(c) End-Users can opt-out of services anytime.

(d) End-Users can contact the company using the following email address support@andmeta.co.uk. The company will reply to all customer queries within a 28 day period.

(e) End-Users are expected to notify the company as a duty if they experience any disruption to the services and report any issues to your local authority or law enforcement as a duty in the interest of the nation and in the interest of the company.

(f) You must at all times include the company number when using the company name to prevent confusion over misspelling or confusion over similar company names that sound the same.

(g) The company prefers not to hold personal login or financial information as per our methodology of delivering our services worldwide.

(h) End-Users account creation is done using third-party email providers of their preference. The company is not responsible for password authentication unless you open an email account with the company.

(i) End-Users are treated the same based on the end-user compatibilty with the type of accounts opened with the company.

(j) End-Users can opt-out simply by ending communication with the services, however due to the nature of some of the company services you may till receive information you asked to receive based on your program created prior to ending communications.

3. Financial

(a) The company does not sell any of our products of services through a third-party or any other representative.

(b) The company does not offer any free services or products.

(c) The company does not offer discounts or special offers.

(d) The company has a right to change prices without prior notification that includes stock & shares, currency, subscriptions, discounts, offers and other indexes.

(e) The company only uses Stripe as its payment service provider.

(f) No refunds are given to any products of services.

4. Exploitation

(a) The company is strongly against any criminal activity and will prosecute without limitation on behalf of our employees and customers.

5. Legislation & Governance

(a) The company and world is constantly amending its terms and conditions as and when needed and by no means is this terms and conditions complete. The company endeavors to support the legal needs of our customers & citizens worldwide and it is also important that the company comply as much as possible with International Law Standards as well as the Constitution of the United States of Africa (Diaspora) the economic regions that governs our way of life past, present and future.
